Troubleshooting

My device is not connecting

Try these steps:

  • Make sure your device is fully charged and powered on
  • Turn Bluetooth on in your device settings
  • Restart your browser and try again
  • Move closer to your device (within 10 feet)
Bluetooth/WiFi keeps disconnecting

This can happen due to interference or low battery:

  • Charge your device to at least 50%
  • Close other apps using Bluetooth
  • Move away from WiFi routers or microwaves
  • For The Handy: Check your WiFi signal strength
My device doesn’t sync with the scene

Make sure you’re watching an Interactive video:

  • Look for the “Interactive” badge on videos
  • VR-only videos don’t include toy sync
  • Restart the video and reconnect your device
  • Check that your device firmware is up to date
The motion feels delayed

Latency can be caused by your connection or device:

  • Use a faster internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
  • Close other streaming apps or downloads
  • Try lowering video quality for smoother sync
  • Keep your device close to your router (for WiFi toys)
